Problem Solving Soft Skills Series is a set of 5–15-minute modules designed to educate students on the importance of problem-solving skills. With the use of videos and competency-building activities, students gain tips to help them improve.
Upon completion of these materials, students will learn strategies to complete the first step in the problem-solving process: identifying the problem.
Upon completion of these materials, students will learn how to conduct an analysis of problems to determine their cause and better understand how to move forward in solving them.
Upon completion of these materials, students will understand how to brainstorm possible solutions to help them solve a problem.
Upon completion of these materials, students will know how to act on a plan they’ve developed and what factors to consider when reflecting on its success.
